Cancellations or reschedules: We understand that life happens and schedules can change. To ensure fairness to all clients and respect for our time and yours, we kindly request that any cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. • Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the service cost. • No-shows will also be charged the full service amount. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late to your appointment, your service may be shortened to avoid inconveniencing the next client. In this case, the full service fee will still apply. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and it will be considered a late cancellation. We enforce this policy in accordance with fair business practices and California industry standards to maintain a consistent, reliable schedule for all of our clients.
